The materials most used in the production phases are polyurethane-based compounds, different types of fabrics such as leather, synthetics and yarns, as well as steel, aluminum and packaging materials such as plastic, wood and cardboard.

During the last year, in particular as part of the U-Green project, the Group has paid particular attention to the research of materials with a lower environmental impact such as, for example, recycled polyester, fabrics generated from recycled materials and a specific type of polyurethane produced from renewable raw materials.

Photovoltaic plant | 50 Kw

They will be installed soon solar panels on the roof of our company, capable of generating 50 kW of clean and autonomous energy. The additional energy we use comes 100% from renewable sources. In addition, we already have solar panels in operation for the production of hot water, meeting the company's energy needs.

Sustainable transport

Our commitment to sustainability also involves the use of methane trucks for the transport of our products. This allows us to significantly reduce CO2 emissions, contributing to a reduced environmental impact throughout the logistics chain.

FSC packing and crates

We only use FSC-certified packaging boxes from responsibly managed forests. In addition, we are gradually moving on to the use of FSC wooden crates for a further step towards more sustainable production.

Recliced polystyrene

Our packaging makes exclusive use of recycled and recyclable polystyrene, thus helping to reduce waste and promoting a more respectful production cycle on the planet and guaranteeing a concrete circular economy.
