Glass and light

Handmade products are located at the intersection of art, luxury and design

Testo testo testo

Each chandelier is handcrafted, with techniques handed down and recognized by UNESCO, such as those of the Venetian artery.

For us, glass is the shape of light.

In the workshops of our Master glassmakers, the same ritual is performed every time: that is to
give shape to the most immaterial and difficult thing to forge: light.
Each lighting fixture is handcrafted, with a technique recognized as a UNESCO heritage.
Each single piece is the result of a gesture that is never taken for granted, of a dialogue between
us and the master glassmakers whose experience is part of our cultural heritage.

Glass Artists

More than a craftsman, the master glassmaker is an artist. Each creation comes to life from skilled
gestures, in a dance at very high temperatures, where traditional tools, such as red-hot tongs and
blowpipes, become extensions of his hands.

Each of our lighting fixtures, unique and unrepeatable, reflects the mastery and grace of
movements, transforming incandescent glass into pure art.
In a moment of magic, heat becomes color and matter rises, telling stories of passion and tradition,
enclosed in every shade of light.”

Illuminating the future with responsibility

Murano glass, with its extraordinary beauty, represents a perfect union between art and
sustainability. Made with traditional techniques of the Venetian territory and local materials, each
piece is unique and reflects a deep respect for the environment. Choosing Murano glass means
enhancing handmade productions and promoting a culture that embraces beauty without
compromising the planet.

Research and innovation

Our work is constantly evolving, combining artisan tradition with modern technologies and
innovative designs. The Venetian artisans of the Patrizia Volpato team experiment with new
technical solutions applied to the form, enhancing the plasticity of the material. This fusion of past
and future makes our products a symbol of creativity and contemporaneity.

Respect for the environment

Glass is a highly recyclable material, capable of maintaining its qualities unaltered even after
numerous reuse cycles. Where possible we use materials from other processes to give life to new
creations, such as the grit used in the Petali and Equilibrio collections. Another example is the
COTISSO used for the EQUILIBRIO collection, which recovers parts of glass from processing
blocks.
